An Inspiring Article

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

An Inspiring Article

I just started Shovelglove last week and really enjoy it. It reminded me of this article that I read sometime last year. I thought that the message it conveyed (that "everday hard work" is just as good as a hard workout at the gym) was pretty cool. After lurking here for the past few days I figure someone else might enjoy it too.

Hello Hanear21,

Lurking here, just waiting for something to happen? :D I did enjoy the article, I put the quote, "Every action must have a purpose," into the notebook I use as my back up memory.
