A very cool Christmas

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

A very cool Christmas

This year for Christmas my father gave me a handmade 20+ pound sledgehammer that is made entirely of steel. AWESOME. Oh yeah, and the ham is pretty cool also.

Merry Christmas everyone. Keep on swinging an enjoy your S days.

thanks a lot sloth. I am pretty happy with it. The part that is even cooler is that the man that made it and sold it to my father told him that he can make even larger one's. Happy times.

Reinhard,

Thanks a bunch. i have been working out with my 20pounder for a about a year, the new hammer feels sooooooo much heavier. It's only 7 pounds heavier, but it feels like a lot more. Oh well, it's all good.I told the guys at the station about it at shift change, nobody wanted to play with the new hammer. Oh well, their loss.

Take care.
