Ugh...S-Days make feel sick...

Post by Älskling » Sat Feb 11, 2006 8:58 pm

Ok, maybe I'm going a little overboard on S-days but to be honest I'm not sure I'm eating worse or more than I did before on a regular day. In any case, I feel sick and I have a pain in my side (gallbladder?) This happened to me last weekend and the weekend before. Why oh why can't I listen to my body?? I didn't even bake anything today. I overdid it on maple stroopwafels...woe is me.

I, for one, can relate all too well. Except for today, which thus far has gone fine (but that is only due to the past few days going haywire).

Try to avoid overeating or sweets for the rest of the night and it will pass.

Feel better!

Hey feel good that you feel bad. Or something. It's just your body's way of convincing you that it likes moderation better.

My brain did eventually catch up to the realisation that over doing S days just made me feel Yuck and I now seem to be able to eat a more reasonable amount of a treat. I don't have to finish a slab of chocolate at one sitting any more!
