Update

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

I posted a detailed message in the NoS discussion about my weight loss. I have been doing Shovelglove and UR 5 times a week since Feb 16th. I also doing the NoS plan. I have lost 9 lbs in 10 weeks with these systems. I was 185 lbs and am now 176 lbs (still more to go :-)). I am extremely happy with these results.

CONGRATS mklamb!!! That is really, truly, fantastic. 1 lb per week is a terrific weight loss rate. I read your other post in NoS as well, and it sounds like you've achieved the ideal combination of all Reinhard's systems. Pats on the back are in order, keep up the good work.
