I've lost another 10 pounds since November, in addition to the 30 I had lost by then.

But I'll answer here. It's up to you what meal times work into your schedule. Plenty of meal distributions will "work." No S is not about finding the meal times that make a person lose the most weight, but the meal times that allow a person to feel that food is taken care of and he can live the rest of his life as it was intended.
