I was 315 pounds and now I am 292 pounds I have been holding even for 2 months I used to have a spreadsheet to look at and I have before and during picture but I don't have them online anymore so I can't post them here

I am guessing from the Dixie Cups on the sink that you have little ones? Well done on giving them a healthy Dad.
