Hi No S'ers!
I'm brand new to the forum, and I'm starting the diet tomorrow. Is there a place for newbies to find answers, tips and support? Thanks!!

Welcome! I'm pretty new to the forum but have been a No S-er for a while. Others will probably chime in if you ask any questions you have here.

Welcome! This is pretty much the place to ask such questions. There's also a facebook group if you're into that.

Ainsley! What a rare and lovely name (and my daughter's middle name :)).

I recall it means "field of flowers?"

Welcome to the board. How's it going your second week into No-S?

Welcome! Consider browsing through a few pages of this discussion for tips and such. You can also ask specifics as you go. Check your local library for the book. It's not absolutely necessary, but is helpful.

But mostly, just keep telling yourself it's absolutely worth it to give it 100%!
