Yeah - count me in too - the little formation I set up for August really did motivate me - so I'm setting it up again!

I'm in, too. I struggled through August. Looking forward to September.

 Barely. My supper plate was pretty full, but, still, it was one plate.
 Solidly. Also. 15 minutes is kettlebells.
 15 minutes of kettlebells
 15 minutes of kettlebells.
8)
8)
8) Labor Day
 A bit of funny business with dinner, but still one plate.
 Walked downtown to the farmers' market with my family for dinner. We had a really nice day.
 I'm not sure whether to call it a planned fail, or an S event, but either way, it was a delicious Ethiopian feast shared with my very oldest friend. The rest of the day was solidly green.
8)
8)
8) I didn't eat anything at all until 4:30 due to poor planning on my part and some dietary restrictions. One plate just wasn't enough for dinner time. I had a nice day off of work, though, celebrated a church holiday in the morning, then watched my sweet nephew (just turned two) and my daughter (21 months) play while my sister-in-law got some much deserved alone time.
 Poor planning and multiple issues at work derailed my day. Back at it this morning.
8)
8)
 Disappointing medical news today. I ate my feelings a bit, but I wouldn't call it a binge.
 Failed virtual plating for dinner. I think, really, I lie to myself when using virtual plating--sure, that would fit on one plate, wink, wink. My too-full tummy afterwards tells the truth. What a waste of a green day. Blech.
8) A day at the zoo with my daughter, followed by a walk to the farmers' market with her. Lots of fun. Lots of walking. Lovely day.
8)
8)
 15 minute walk
 15 minute walk

I had some pretty awful S days this weekend but I'm back on track again today so that's what counts.

Another bad month but I'm not giving up. I have plenty of excuses but in the end that's all they are. Going to try to do better in October.
