I'm in.
My goal is a 21 day vanilla No S streak.
Never managed one yet and I've been No S'ing for a few years now.

I don't get the opportunity to post every day, so won't use the day by day format that I see here, but I'll update when I can. I'm also going to start to use Habit Cal again as I did find it helpful previously.

I totally failed the October challenge which was basically to just get back to tracking Reds and Greens. I will be trying again this month and report how it went at the end of the month (with random updates during the month).

Nov 30.
I succeeded in tracking this month. I did not post every day, but I posted frequently. I did not do very well in early November but it got better as the month went along.
Success.

Count me in! I too have never made it a full 21 days, so that is my goal for November (strict compliance). Having company so it won't be easy, but not impossible. I've been getting more lax instead of more compliant.

Today is my first day on No S, so I am excited to do a November challenge! I'm aiming for BRONZE. I know that I don't have the habits formed, so I'm expecting a failure or two.

I'm going to join this challenge. For some reason I can't remember my old pasword and it won't send me the reminder, so have signed in with a new account.

The aim is vanilla No S. I really want to join the 21 day club!

I had a planned S day on Tuesday, my eating was fine with just a small piece of home baked dessert at a family celebration.
Unfortunately Wednesday was a  because there was still some of the dessert left in my kitchen. Just couldn't bring myself to throw it away and ate it yesterday. Only a small amount, but next time I'll make sure to get rid of any sweet leftovers immediately so they're not around to tempt me.

Going for strict N today!

It was a huge help for me when I was able to relagate sweets (and chips) to the "not real food" catagory. Now I'm able to just toss leftover sweets in the garbage because "they aren't real food." It saves me a lot of will power/decision making later on that's for sure.

I made it through the first week with no RED days. So far, November is going great. :D My other challenge will be not to weigh myself this month. I'm just going to focus on building the No S habit. I weighed myself Nov. 2nd, so I have a starting weight. Tomorrow is my first S day! woo hoo!

Butterfly, I've tried a million times as well. I've been no-sing for well over a year and I've never made a 21 day streak yet. I look at it this way: If I try I might succeed but if I don't try I'm certainly not going to succeed. Good luck :)

I'm late to the party, but I think I would like to join the challenge. I need to regain control of my eating, so at this point, I'm just focusing on 3 plates a day, and no eating after dinner. Since I'm typing this after midnight, I will start today. :D

Day 1 (11th): I'm calling it a success! :D I stayed with my 3 plates, and I didn't eat after dinner! I am allowing myself a small portion of sweets for now that I either put on my plate, or virtual plate (I will tackle the sweets eventually).

Day 2 (12): I'm staying strong. 2 meals down, 1 to go. :D Ended up being a fail. :( My lunch (at Panera) made me feel so bloated, I wasn't hungry for dinner, so I didn't eat much. That ended up being a mistake, and I ate a bunch of food after the kids went to bed. I like Panera for a variety of reasons, but I'm starting to think I will have to cut it out, because it doesn't seem to work for my particular food sensitivities.

Day 3 (13): Fail. :( I stayed strong with my 3 plates during the day, but I ate at night. The struggle is real.

Day 4 (14): Success!! :D

Day 5 (15): Success! :D

Day 6 (16): Fail. :(

Day 7 (17) NWS, because it's a Bible study potluck (these only happen every few months), but I'm determined to stay fairly moderate today. Ended up being a fail. The next time my Bible study has one of these, I think I will eat breakfast first, and only get 1 small plate of treats.

Day 8 (18th): Fail. I've got to nip this nighttime eating in the bud.

Day 9 (19th): Success! :D

Day 10 (20th): Success! :D

Day 11 (21): Success! :D :D

Day 12 (22) Success! :D :D

Day 13 (23) Success! :D :D

Day 14 (24) Fail

Day 15 (25) Fail

Day 16 (26) S Day. Thanksgiving! I let myself have a free for all, and I enjoyed it.

Day 17 (27) NWS. This will be Thanksgiving part 2, with my DH's family. I will allow myself more food on my plates, but my goal is to be a little more structured today, and get back on track tomorrow.

Day 18 (28) Fail

Day 19 (29) Fail

Day 20 (30) I'm doing much better today, and I'm hoping I can call it a success. :D
