**********February Challenge ************

Post by osoniye » Sat Jan 30, 2016 8:12 am

Well, I'll kick this off a little bit early, as I have a good internet connection today, and the rest of January is S days anyway!

I'm planning on a late Valentine's Day candy thing with the office, so will take the 16th as a NWS day, and keep the other one flexible.
Wishing everyone a good, green February!
Virtual plating for lunch on 1st, but I'll still consider it green.
Quiet weekend, the 13-14 so decided to save the 2 S days for whenever I want to take them. (That proved to be a good idea!)

I guess I should get on the ball and think about February! I know that the 19th will be an S day here (my son's birthday), but I really need to see what's coming up for the month! Thanks for the reminder!

This feels like New Year #2! I'm planning on starting to work the 2 days-a-week juice, with the No S: that will be 3 N  days, 2 J :P days, then the normal S :D days at the weekend. What a nice 'neat' month - starting on a Monday! I was going for Gold! but looks like I might achieve a Bronze! uh oh! cancel that - 25th Feb - was another RED - oh well! I ended the month by having supper with a friend that involved a sweet - but, it was a lovely supper and well worth it!

 :P  :P  :) :)
:)    :) :)
     :) :)
     :) :)

8th was our town's Feast Day - and irregular eating was the order of the day!
9th is dubious - it was sort of OK, sort of not - I ate some halloumi & grapes whilst I was cooking, and had 3 Ryvita and cream cheese after dinner - like a dessert course - guess it was red really...... damn. I'll put it as red on my HabitCal - but a rolling eyes here because it was just silly.
Valentines Day falls on a Sunday - which is just perfect! 8)
Pancake Day is on Tuesday 9th - will have to just make breakfast pancakes for an N day!

My goal is to decrease my red days from6 to 4. Not a lofty goal, but I'm being honest. I don't have any NWS days but it's my last month at my job,so I'm sure there will be a celebration/ farewell thingy at some point.

So, do most people come back and edit their posts to show how the month is going? I think I missed that aspect last time!

LOL that the red emoticon says "oops!" I did our state taxes today. The format makes the federal ones seem so much easier/more intuitive! Anyway...I gave in to an "oops" day today.

I feel like I've done well, though I haven't been keeping good records, and what I've done well on are changes I've targeted that aren't No S. In some ways, I've traded success on those for failures on No S, but I see the trend is in the direction I want. I've also done better with exercise this month.
