One year-ish

Post by silverfish » Sun Jul 09, 2006 11:08 pm

I've been on No-S for just over a year now, and I will post pictures as soon as I can track down a 'before' (I was camera shy for a while there).

Last week I bought a size 14 skirt, though, so I am very excited, especially as the kgs have been moving slowly! (16 on slacks, 18 on tops, so I'll say I'm a 16 on average :)

That's a normal size 14 down from 20W/22W last year.

Kathleen.

That's impressive. And, of course, success is a great motivator to keep on going. Keep up the good work!

Kathleen,

Congratulations! I can't wait to see pictures of your transformation. What's even better is that you now have the No S habit down solid. The weight you have lost is staying lost, and I'll bet in another year you will be exactly the size that you were born to be.

Wonderful work, way to go!
It's time to make it beautiful.

This is great news, Kathleen! Thanks for posting.

Looking forward to pictures (though no pressure, if your camera shyness reasserts itself).

Oh, I have pictures now. I just don't have many from then. I think the best I have is my graduation photo, in which I am wearing a voluminous black gown and doing my best nazgul impression.

Thanks all!

Kathleen.
