Hello! I am new to the S-diet. I just decided to quit ANOTHER diet Tuesday 7/12/16 and I felt so relieved! It was taking up countless hours of studying and the gross dinners and lack of food was a horrible way to treat my family. I googled how to lose weight without dieting and I came across the S-diet. I started doing it that very day. The only way I have been able to lose weight in the past was counting calories. But after 2 1/2 years I couldn't do it anymore and gained it all back. I have always heard eat in moderation but I needed guidelines. If I knew how to eat in moderation I would be doing it. Now I have found the guidelines...what a blessing! This "diet" makes me feel like a normal happy person like all the thin people I have envied over the years as I see them eat cake, etc. Looking forward to the weekend instead of dreading it! :D

Welcome...nice to meet you!

It does feel good to quit a diet, but the S diet is pretty pleasurable imo.

Looking forward to hearing about your experiences.

Hi and welcome, S-girl!

I'm also a recent diet 'dropout' and happy to have found NoS.
Good luck on your journey!

Welcome to systematic moderation, S-girl!

(and sorry for the delayed response -- I was on internetless vacation)
