|I"m still very sporadic with Shovelglove (or my version of vigor) and Urban Ranger, if that's okay to talk about here, but I give both some credit for the fact that the day before my 63rd birthday, I was able to put in nearly 14 miles on trails, some of them rather steep, in Sequoia National Park last Sunday. It's likely having lost 40 lbs. on No S helped, though I was a decent walker back when I was in the low obese range, too.
I'll cross post this a few places.
Count plates, not calories. Three a day. 7 years & counting
Mar/13-24.9 Stayed at +/- 8-lb. for three years Sept/17 22.8 (but harder to maintain)
There is no S better than Vanilla No S.
