starting no-s determined to go for a year

Post by debbiebee » Tue Jan 17, 2017 1:20 am

I am emotionally tied to food and I'm always talking myself out of 'rewards' which could be a donut (or two), potato chips (and dip) or basically just cleaning out the fridge. My existence right now is thinking about what to eat next. The No-S Diet will save me I know. It's simple and I like simple. I've been the same weight - 160 lbs. for about six years now so my goal is to get down to 130-125 lbs. but most of all I want to feel more energetic and healthier. I don't like to cook anymore so I've been buying frozen stuff and my vegetables rot in the fridge.

Good luck! This diet does work. Just give it some time and you will get results. Also, don't go crazy on those S days.

Welcome Debbie! You're not alone in those food issues. I love me some chips and dip. :D
