Hi, everyone!

I was hoping someone could help me out with a book recommendation. I wanted to buy one of Judith Beck's books to help me stay committed to No S, but I noticed there are several of them! Which one would be best - The Beck Diet Solution, The Beck Diet Solution Workbook, The Complete Beck Diet for Life, or The Diet Trap Solution?

Thank you!

I got a lot of good out of the workbook. I've read all of them, and I think it's the most practical one.

But I never did her recommendation for calorie counting, planning all food ahead, etc. Just the habits before the start of whatever diet she tells you to choose and then No S and the thinking strategies.

But have you just tried Habitcal in the meantime?

There is no S better than Vanilla No S (mods now as a senior citizen)

Thank you for the recommendation, Oolala! I'll check out the workbook. I don't use HabitCal, but I do use a habit tracking app.

I've only read the Complete Beck Diet for Life. Its got some good stuff in it however, it is quite "diety".

I just bought The Beck Diet Solution. I haven't had a chance to read it yet. But it should be interesting to see how it intersects with No S.

I've started reading The Beck Diet Solution, and I find it also very diety.
