Finally succeeding

(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

Finally succeeding

Post by Piratequilter » Fri Jun 09, 2017 9:26 pm

I can't thank you enough for this most sensible program. No memberships to pay, nothing to count, no food diaries, just success. I have lost 11 pounds since January 1. That doesn't sound like much but I have also gone through a cancer diagnosis and treatment. During treatment, the doctors don't want you to lose any weight. Anyway the worst is over and I am on the program again. The program is good for me because I eat enough at meals that I'm not hungry. A small amount of weight loss each week is perfect. Yeah!

Congratulations! I am so glad that it sounds like you are finding No-s helpful during this difficult time. Of course I hope you've discussed it with your doctors and have gotten their OK. Best wishes on all fronts! Please keep us posted.
