Tests done. Not a big fan of needles but I am definately better than I used to be. The results will be in by Friday. In any event the practice nurse wants me on the weight management programme they have at the clinic. That means seeing her to be weighed and for one to one advice and support each month.

Fingers crossed, though I'm sure you have other reasons to change your eating even if the results are favorable.

Let us help you stick to the program when the time comes! And there's no reason to wait until then to be compliant with No S. It's just two gaps between delicious meals and a nice overnight fast. You can do that! Your body can snack, and take seconds and sweets from your reserves.

If you get an urge, just tell it to go to your inner pantry. It may take some practice finding it, but what better use of its time?

LOL, I was stretching my arms just as I read this, and had this image of a "sweet little dumpling" hanging off my arm--made me giggle!
