On another website, someone posted this article about Charles Bronson. I posted it here beacuse it writes a bit about his diet, and the use of dietary restriction. Charles Bronson was Stallone before Stallone.

Simple. Sounds like no Bowflex, deluxe treadmill, etc., though eventually he could have afforded them. It does sound like he had a fair amount of discretion over his time, which can help. But as we know, there's value in 14 minutes and some walking!
