Food in a New Perspective

Post by mrsjiyongchy » Tue Dec 05, 2017 2:41 pm

I started the No-S diet last Friday, and I am really enjoying how it feels so far.

I was always a skinny kid growing up, and I never got to eat much dessert. In 2015, when I started having my own money, I would go out and get sweets with my friends. I developed a crazy sweet tooth that I didn't realize I had, and gained 15lbs over the course of a year. I hated how I looked in pictures. I would avoid any mirror I walked by. It was embarrassing to see myself anywhere. I really wanted to lose at least 10lbs, and I made it my goal from 2016-2017. Food gave me anxiety, and I always had a calculator out after eating anything. It no longer became enjoyable. I would regularly alternate between binging and starving. I would binge on Oreos and even grapes.

After starting the No-S diet, I realized that food is starting to taste really good. Hunger really is the best ingredient to any meal! I need to work on controlling my S days, but the No-S system is making my relationship with food a whole lot easier.
I’m in this and I know I will succeed.

Hello,

I wonder what kind of food they have in Lyras world. Well it my be the same kind as ours but I actually doubt that. Well anyone got any idea of what they eat?

Don't mean to be rude, but I think the Lyras world reference is SPAM. Apologies if i'm wrong.
