This month I want to try a challenge not to weigh myself until June 1. I will use Habitcal for that.

One day at a time for me.

No sweets

01: 🔴 (chocolate bar after supper)
02: ✅
03: 🔴 (ice cream in the afternoon)

05: 🔴 (dessert after supper - theoretically since it’s Saturday I would put a yellow - but I had a second piece in the evening so I mark it red)
06: 🔴 (chocolate bar)
07: 🔴 (after supper rice pudding topped off with big bowl of cereal - out of control eating)
08: 🔴 rice pudding in the evening
09: 🔴 rice pudding again
10: ✅
11:

Walk or other exercise minimum 15 min/day
(will be happy with 4 times per week as a start)

I'd like to challenge myself to only weigh once a week.

Like the idea of a month but that would be pushing it :)

Notes:
Wednesday evening will be a NWS day because I am doing wedding cake tasting with my DD.

Final Note:

Good month!! NoS was great- stayed on track, with one NWS for a cake tasting day with my DD for her upcoming wedding.

DID NOT WEIGH for all of May; will weigh sometime in the first week or so of June after the bridal shower and company leaves town.

1 - Upped my steps to 8k. I expect to be walking 10k steps by the end of this month since i've been having very little pain and feel actually excited to exercise.

8 and 9 - Two really hard and exhaustive days. I really need to rest. Work is crazy and life is always a hurry. :cry:

12 - 16 - I'been sick and my eating was all over the place... meaning sometimes i ate several times a day but really small quantities or i just couldn't eat at other times. This emoticon :shock: is for the days when i was at my worst and i have no idea if they should be green or red. I'm still not 100% but i'm back to my 8k steps and my 3 meals a day.

Ohhh ... how happy I am, Soprano! :) I have failed miserably in not weighing myself, but we are only on the third day of the month, so I am still in time to achieve it. Tomorrow I will try not to step on the scale.

It's fantastic!!!!!

Today I have returned to weigh me. And my weight takes my hair so much (I'm only 100 grams away from seeing a drop) that now I do not regret it until after this month.

05/04 Middle son's graduation party followed immediately by meeting means no time for dinner. Snacks at the meeting were irresistible.

Sure, that was my original plan. BUT I took some of the awful sweet decadent dessert instead of sticking with the healthy nuts & cheese. :roll:

Congratulations Soprano, I'm glad!

I've been three days, and I've realized that what seems impossible to change, with the habit becomes infinitely easier. This morning I did not even have to think about it, I did not get on the scale and that's it!

I will try to arrive until June 1 as I proposed :)
