What are you eating?

Post by DellaBea » Wed Nov 28, 2018 4:52 pm

I have two weeks of No S under my belt. I have to admit that my first week of plates were not very healthy most of the time. I'm getting a little better now (especially for breakfast and lunch). What are you guys eating? I want to eat something that is mostly healthy but still tastes good and will keep me full. Any suggestions?

Food preferences are so individual I don't want to get into specifics. But there is one thing which can make life easier - healthy is not the same as low calorie ie make sure you eat enough at meal time.
Three meals a day - not too little not too much, but just right

I second the advice above. I don't think my food choice is magical.

I sometimes post a photo of my meals on the facebook page. If you scroll through the photos, several are mine. :)

Some things I like for breakfast
Eggs (I like to make mine with veggies) and toast
1/2 bagel with cream cheese
Oatmeal
Greek yogurt (full fat) with nuts and dried fuit
Leftovers, sometimes quite elaborate.
... but not all at the same meal!

I stay away from sweet breakfasts during the week. I usually have a fruit or veggie on the plate, even if it's just some frozen blueberries in the oatmeal.
