Its been 7 years.

Post by Williac » Fri Apr 12, 2019 12:12 pm

Its been a long time since I tried to practice NoS. Since then I have yo yo dieted using every exteme method I could find/think of. No of the weight loss lasted and I eventually ballooned up to 380 lbs. Last year I found a point counting app and was desperate enough to make it work. During that time my job and personal life was fairly drama free so that plus the novelty of a new system made it easy enough to stick with it. I dropped 150 lbs last year and made it down to 230 lbs. THEN my job and personal life both had a huge increase of drama/pressure and I cracked. I fell off the diet wagon, broke the wagon into pieces for a fire and cooked and ate the horse that had been pulling it. I remembered everyday systems and NoS and went back and relistened to all the podcasts and want to make NoS the way I eat. I would like to use the HabitCal but cant seem to log into it from my phone or computer. I have a windows computer and an android phone. What browsers are other people successfully using with the HabitCal? Thanks for any help/advice.

Hi,
Welcome home 😊
I just used Google and duckduckgo from my phone and they both worked. If you continue to have trouble, I think it's a question to email Reinhardt about.

Best of luck to you and kind regards,

Welcome back and best wishes for your continued journey. I have said at times that I fell off the wagon and rolled down the gully beside the road but your metaphor is more entertaining! Poor horse.
