Lordy. Would it have not been a wrongful death if he had been eating normally but for some other reason have been feeling lightheaded? But I have to admit I'm glad it was Whole30 and not us as part of the mix.

No S dieters have the good sense not to starve themselves until they faint from hunger! On another message board I follow, one Whole 30 person was bragging about fasting for five days. Seriously? That's the ticket to health?

The irony of the article, while reading it, had an ad for the Whole 30 Diet playing at the top of the page. Plus they have their 3 S's. The only S I can remember is "sustainable" which is the most overused word (next to "outraged") in the English language right now.

omg yes. Although omg is also overused, I find it appropriate to express my absolute and total agreement. I work at a college so you can imagine I hear those words about 1000 times a day.
