Hi JessicaSarah! Welcome to the No-S program!

Snacking was one of the really difficult things I had to overcome. I didn't snack so much because I was ever actually hungry, but just because it had become a habit, because it was fun, and because people around me were doing it too.

I found that by being really really strict with myself in the beginning, that it got easier later on, and now I rarely need or want anything between meals anymore.

Be firm and inthusiastic for 21 days, and you will be well on your way to slaying the Snack Monster!

I have read the book and loved it and I am starting the diet tomorrow, what better day to start than a Monday. I have tried every diet out there to lose just 10 pounds, which I do and then gain it all back again, I need to learn a new way of eating, which I think this is it. Does anyone out there have any advice for me? I'd love to hear from anyone!!!! :P
