28 Flip the Lever (per side)
28 Back Scratcher (per side)

28 Post Drivers (per side)
56 Shovel (per side )
28 Post Drivers (per side)

28 Modified Hoist Bale. (per side)
(angled out, weak hand to stabilize.. works the delts)
