Sometimes I just do the shovelglovin' by itself but when I have a bit more time, I like to mix in some cardio exercise as well ... I like doing jumping jacks so I do that in between shovelglove moves.
Each exercise is performed for about 55 seconds (I do 25 sec. each side on the L/R exercices, Left/Right) 5 seconds to switch sides.
25 sec. right 5 sec. to switch 25 sec. left
then I have 5 seconds to switch to the next line so it's almost non stop Really ... Takes about 26 minutes
If I don't have a lot of time, I do the shovelglovin' by itself no cardio.
I never count repetitions personally, I prefer to train using a timer, it's a pc timer I have on the computer, with huge numbers so I can see it from 15 feet away.
