Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Actually I'm happy more people think this is a good idea.
45 pounds. Sheesh. But you know, looking at the video, the movement doesn't look as real or as demanding as shovelglove shoveling.
