So far so good. Its been 2 weeks and FINALLY after YEARS of not losing,... I am LOSING!!!
I am so sick of weightwatchers and carrying around a pad of paper everywhere I go to write down what I eat. As soon as I stopped, I gained weight.
No more pads of paper...no more keep tracking! This couldn't be easier.
I can even have Booze on girls night out! Thank God! I just don't eat!
I hope I can keep it up!
