Reckoning ("Check in" LOL....)

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

I guess any exercise is supposed to get the endorphins flowing or whatever, but I imagine (as well as experence) that shoveglove must be particularly good in that regard. Useful movements make your body thinks it's actually accomplished something. Biochemical reward feedback is very much in order.
