Guatemala Grandma

Post by annette » Sun Dec 04, 2005 4:17 pm

Hi all. Want to say Good Morning. I have gotten off sweets, although I do have Splenda in coffee once a day. I probablly have 3 meals and a bedtime "meal". I am in a holding pattern here. I have forgotten about things like diets because this is such an unreal experience. I've never been out of the states for more than 2 weeks and certainly never without my DH since we've been married. So I'm just enjoying each day, the baby and my daughter. My DH is here now so things seem more normal.

Have a great day.

Annette

If you could, I would pass on anything after dinner. I notice that occasionally I go to bed hungry, but I never wake up hungry. It seems like the wrong time of day to be consuming.

Just my take. Good luck, and have fun with those adopted grandkids!

Thanks Kevin. I know that you are right. Whenever I don't eat after dinner, I feel better. By the way, it's just One Grandchild. A baby girl. It takes alot of love and attention for just one. I can't imagine 2 at a time.

Have a great evening.
