I am just finishing a week vacation in Jackson, Wyoming. The ski resorts closed (although since closing they have added another 3 feet of snow...), the community center closed for rennovations, and it has snowed everday. So...my wife and I have been sampling the fine restaurants this mecca of the rich and famous has to offer. The problem with good food is you want more. Ribs, steak, Italian, Thai, "wild" game...this place has it all. I have been walking a lot though.
