How do I access my daily check in without having to scroll through everyone elses?

When I go to Everyday Systems discussion, even though I see the discussion list, I click the link at the top called Discussion Home. Then I see links down a little and on the right. One is View Your Posts which takes me to the relatively short list my my posts. Usually what I want it towards the top.
