I want to stick with No S this time around, so I'm challenging myself to 100 days of Vanilla No S. 100 days should be enough time to establish No S habits and to show some reduction of weight. Anyone is welcome to join this challenge or to add comments and advice.

Catservant, no worries. I just made my very first 21 days and I've been no-s-ing for over a year and a half. Sometimes it takes a while. Just keep at it.

catservant you can do it. I found that if I keep myself busy with work I don't even think about eating. When my day is done I'm too tired.

Thanks, mrsj! I think you are right...I know that in the afternoon when my physical work is done and I'm at the computer doing all the day's paperwork is when the trouble begins, and my computer is far too close to where the food is!! I do feel that I need to resolve that I WILL NOT GIVE IN to the urge to snack because there will always be temptations to be resisted! That's just life.

Anyone can join anytime. Whenever you join the 100 Day Challenge, just calculate when it's 100 days from when you started. Good luck everyone and happy shrinking!

zippadee and mrsj, I see a lotta green! Nice going. I don't do well with just updating a post usually, but I'll set it up and then I might submit separate posts. I'm a bit motivated because it is almost 100 days until my 62nd birthday. I'm actually more interested in getting an activity habit going, as that is even more correlated with heart health and low risk of diabetes. In fact, I'll back track to last Sunday to take advantage of having gotten going again on exercise with a dance class. For some reason, I cannot get color to work on my iMac, so I'll just use a letter
