Hey! It's Working!

Post by Jammin' Jan » Sat May 21, 2005 12:36 pm

I am 17 days into the No-S Diet, and I have lost 2 pounds. This might not seem like much, but I am a tiny little thing, and am only 8 pounds over my ideal weight, so this is a 25% weight loss for me! I have been struggling with these pounds for a couple of years now, and this is the first time I've seen any progress. And it's so easy, too!

:P Yeah Jan

That is so great- and even better you will have the habits under your belt for good so hopefully will never see those 8# again.

Jan, this is great. Sorry I've been off the bb for a few days. We were traveling and my wife got sick, and between that and weekend luddite there wasn't a minute to spare.

Hope your wife is feeling better by now. It's bad enough being sick, but to be travelling, too, is even worse.

Fantastic! Glad it is working for you! Still waiting for it to kick in for me, but seeing as I have been doing some very intensive muscle-building exercises, I am sure things are swollen and I am retaining a bit of water- hopefully this will go away before too long!
Reinhard, sorry to hear your wife was sick- it is bad enough to be sick, but especially when you cannot be so in the comfort of your own home!
