Back after 6 months

(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

Back after 6 months

Post by Manishavyas » Tue Aug 09, 2016 8:47 am

Hi everyone.
Sorry for not checking in for the last 6 months.
was busy and stressed with a move and a new job. Though things have settled down now. Doing No s half heartedly during this time with a lot of red days has left me with a 2 kg weight gain ..from 94 to 96.
Although I am thankful all the weight I lost hasn't come back. Normally it would have.
No s is the only sane way of eating .
Back to doing it properly for last 2 weeks.
Hope to report good news soon.

Welcome back! Sorry to hear about the work/move stress -- but glad things are more settled now, and that "half-hearted" No S limited the damage on the eating front. Best of luck getting those habits fully back in place! (sounds like you're off to a great start).

Gaining only 2 kg when stressed is not bad. Half-hearted No S can keep gains half-hearted!
Count plates, not calories. 11 years "during"

There is no S better than Vanilla No S (mods now as a senior citizen)
