First S day for a while. Not sure how to play it. I really don’t want to go down a slippery slope. Maybe one non sweet snack each day?

2 children’s birthday parties to negotiate as well this weekend.

I should add that there were tears involved at times, too. Isn't it amazing how long we can be in pain, yet not accept the sometimes pain of resisting the urge?
