Mnnn? This is day 6. Days 1 and 2 were S days. Today I succumbed to rye bread and cheese mid afternoon. It doesn't feel like a failure more like being side tracked by inactivity. My biggest challenge has been that whenever I commit to a new eating plan I become so preoccupied with food that within 3 days I am overeating. I used to binge but haven't done that at least a decsde and a half. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Welcome! Sometimes a cup of tea and a plan to keep busy or going for a walk helps me. I also like to pick a treat for my next s day. Having something to look forward to helps. Think about meals you can really enjoy on n days too. If you're enjoying good food, you won't feel so deprived. You can do this!
