Hi. I find this forum focuses a lot habit and behaviour which is great, however after being on and off a diet for the last year I'm sometimes stuck on what shall I cook/ eat today.
So fellow no S'rs what meals did you eat today! _________________ S days =one sweet thursday and sat only.

I like seeing what other people eat. It helps me to be more creative.
Thurs:
B: coffee w/milk, cheerios type cereal, almond milk, blackberries
L: 2 slices Swiss cheese toast, small apple
S: special Asian hamburger (restaurant), 4 (very small) mini-spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce
That was kind of a light day for me. _________________ -Sonya

You'll see a ton of what people here eat if you browse individual check-in threads and find people who record their meals, as there are quite a few of them. Then you will get updates when they post until you decide to quit following them.

Be forewarned! There is a lot of variation. Plus there's no guarantee you'll be satisfied or lose on someone else's routine. But if you've been careening from diet to binge to restricting for awhile, and need some guidance on what a decent meal is like, go for it.
I swear, I'm going to start a travel business where I take people to slim countries and visit homes for the everyday fare, not the restaurant or company meals. _________________ Count plates, not calories. Three a day. 8 years & counting

I eat different meals every day but do tend to rotate through the same foods. I've been on a toast with butter kick for breakfast, usually two pieces and about four ounces of orange juice. Today, lunch was a bowl of soup and the baguette from panera. Dinner Will be pizza. We rarely order pizza, but I've been wanting it lately. Yesterday I had toast for breakfast, leftover beef stew anda yogurt for lunch, and fast food for dinner: chicken tenders and fries. |

I posted this on my year check-in:
Favorite breakfast: fruit and yogurt smoothies (usually frozen berries and vanilla yogurt, sometimes a banana or some greens thrown in)
Lunches: half a sandwich (pb & J or meat/cheese), piece of fruit, pretzels & hummus, or sometimes leftovers, or sometimes cheese and crackers and fruit.
Dinners: nothing fancy--egg casserole, lasagna, homemade mac & cheese with fish, meat/potatoes/salad, biscuits and gravy, meatballs and potatoes, tacos, spaghetti, meatloaf, homemade soups...teens like us to have pizza every Friday, so we usually do that. Sometimes I'll have cereal & milk for dinner since I don't have that for breakfast & it just sounds good sometimes.
Decaf coffee (cream and sugar) or tea (sugar) or water to drink. I've cut diet pop to about 2 per week.
Favorite S-Day treat: peppermint mocha in season, or a caramel mocha.
S-days: some are still wild, some not. _________________ Homeschool Mom and No S returnee as of 11-30-15.

yesterday I forgot to eat breakfast at home so I stopped at a garage and had a small chicken and mushroom pie and some grapes
Lunch was a prawn sandwich and a mozzarella and bean salad from Tesco
Supper was left over meatloaf, smoked salmon and cream cheese, actifry chips with ketchup and salad (lettuce, tomato, peppers, celery) with mayonnaise.
Today I weight a pound less than I did yesterday! _________________ 3 tasty meals a day and loving it |

I am in the U.K. - maybe you call it a filling or gas station? This one has a little supermarket attached and my pie was warm 😋 _________________ 3 tasty meals a day and loving it |

Ours just have pizza and hot dogs, usually. Savory pies sound good. _________________ Count plates, not calories. Three a day. 8 years & counting
