Hi, I started this diet today. I was looking up info on how many times we should eat to lose weight. I came across this diet and read lots of info here on this board. This my first day.
I am a short, very fat, 45 year old lady. I have a lot to lose (about 80 pounds), but what I want most is mental peace. I am tired of the diet merry-go-round...restrict, binge, restrict, binge.

Welcome! You can find some real peace here. And down the line, you may find that you're willing to "restrict" all on your own with no bingeing. Just keep going.

Re: New
You’ve come to the right place for mental peace. That’s the same reason I began too. I recommend just focusing on getting the habits down. The weight loss will come on it’s on slowly but surely.
Best of luck!
