I'm a huge Pinterest fan and was wondering if there is any information on there about no S. I can't find any other than a person saving ideas that support it. It seems that people go there for information and this idea needs to be there. I'd post a link but have no idea how. Haha. Maybe someone has brought this up before but I couldn't find that either.
Help?

I think I see what you mean--someone on Pinterest has posted quite a few pins on her "No S Diet" board. Looks very nice! |

Pinterest is a mystery to me in terms of posting. Yes, No S should have a presence, though it doesn't have the need for the specializing that it seems draws so many people to Pinterest. What's the link to the person with No S pins there, please?
I would think a board might also include what the person does with her time when she's NOT eating a snack or preparing a snack, etc. _________________ Count plates, not calories. Three a day. 8 years & counting

oolala, this is the link to the No S Diet Pinterest board that I found and was referring to:
https://www.pinterest.com/missmarjoriejmh/no-s-diet/
I think it is probably supposed to be more inspirational than informational, but there seems to be some captions that support the basic No S principles. I'm not sure if you need be signed in to Pinterest to see it or not? |

Wow, there's a lot there. Maybe I'll make it a project to learn how to do that this summer. Years ago, there was a member here who had a blog on which she posted pics of all her meals for a year. I can see a nice combo of that and other inspirational stuff. _________________ Count plates, not calories. Three a day. 8 years & counting
