I'm back. My aim is to keep things clear and simple..I want to be normal with food..3 meals a day no bingeing and no weight gain..if weight loss happens then so be it but I just want to have a nice natural rhythm and ease with food.
I started on S days but have mainly stuck to 3 meals because I'm ready to get going Very Happy

Welcome back! Has it been about 8 months? That was as long as you posted when you started. You made it much longer than I did my first round.

I love your focus. I also reviewed on your previous thread that you'd like to feel you aren't "on" some quantifying program. I hear ya.
