Podcast Request

Post by missywilde70 » Mon Mar 19, 2018 12:51 pm

Reinhard - I would LOVE to hear a fresh new podcast (because reading the blog on my long walks does not end well LOL).

I so enjoyed all of them so far and realize most subjects have already been covered, but does anyone else here have an interest in a new one? Any particular subject? Maybe the best of the blog tips and tricks? A summary of countless success stories posted here that have stood the test of time?

I just love Reinhard's voice and delivery. They fit the image from the writing for me. Such gentle, witty wisdom!

You might write to him directly using the email address.

Years ago, there was talk about his writing another book on habit alone, but that's gone dormant, as far as I know. Maybe with baby 3.

You can find them here: https://everydaysystems.com/podcast/

Note: Not all of them are about the NoS diet, some are about Reinhard's other systems (time mgmt, exercise) but all are worthwhile!
