Hello,
I discovered noS about a week ago while surfing for diet info. I have been following it for five days. I really think it makes sense and takes away the obsession over food and deprivation which occurs with other diets. I am hoping to follow through with the three weeks and make it a life long habit. I only have a few pounds to lose and would like to maintain the loss and eat healthier. So far it has been going well. This board is really helpful. Thanks for the support!
