Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Here's another move for those of you that do this as training for yardwork (like me).
Rake like you are using a gravel rake or a garden rake. push and pull the SG. Do it quickly and its pretty cardio intensive. I move around a little like I am grading soil around me.
It's unusual because both hands are on top of the handle and the weight never gets into a "resting" position.
Anyway, just a thought for variety.

Tried it this morning... nice! Feels like great ab work (the eternal newbie worry).
I think I'm going to do a youtube of new "experimental" user contributed moves. Then all of you who proposed them can let me know if I'm doing them right.
