I started the No-S diet sometimes between March and May. Through the combination of daily walks and the No-S diet I've now lost about 20 pounds. I've also just started doing Shovelglove. I feel great and it's all thanks to you! Write that book so I can compensate you.

Curtis, you are very welcome. That's great news. Thanks for taking the time to let us know, and pop in now and then to let us know how it's going. Book proposal almost done, but don't hold your breath, from what I've read, even if a publisher bites right away (which is pretty much unheard of) it'll take a year or two to hit the shelves.
