Started today, after planning to do so for a long time.
All movements both sides:
Shovel 21
Churn 21
Chop 14
Flip 10
Chop 14
Churn 21
Shovel 21
Churn 21
Chop 14
Flip 10
Shovel 14
Fireman 14
I had to stop a couple times to check the technique, but that was a pretty tough workout for me. Not brutal--it won't scare me away--but tough, especially on the biceps. I'll start mixing in other moves over time. |

Update:
A couple weeks ago I started mixing in some "Ab killers" because I'm a fatass (quit smoking not too long ago and replaced the cigs with fistfulls of lard haha).
I've tried the Degraded Beasts, too, but couldn't get comfortable...will try again later. |
