Thanks for the feed back on the food when golfing question. I will hang in there and want to follow this program. Good to know what others do and how they succeed. Going to plug on with it and have maybe a bit more for breakfast other then oatmeal and milk.

Well, I have oatmeal for breakfast, but I got the idea from Reinhard about how to prepare it.

Old Fashioned Oats
Dried Fruit
Some Nuts
Some Seeds

Pour hot water over it and munch.

This stuff will stick to your ribs, lemme tellya!
