I am so proud of him. He is actually loving NoS because he still gets to eat pizza, pasta, subs (can you tell we're Italian?

) and, unlike me, does not go beserk on the weekends. lol
My father was told by his doctor in the beginning of April to lose weight because of his sleep apnea. He doesn't really have much more to lose, maybe another 12-17 pounds. He's down to 172 pounds at 5'4", but he's 76 years old, so I really don't think he should go below 155 for his age. He carries most of his weight in the middle, and his arms and legs are already thin enough. I hope the rest mainly comes off his tummy.
I just wanted to share with you all how great my dad is doing on this program.

That is great news! And the beauty of No S is that he will find his ideal weight. Not like an extremely restrictive diet where he might lose "too much".

Sorry for not posting more often. We are in the process of having to move, and I'm also looing for work. All this and having to plan my youngest daughter's graduation and birthday party are leaving me little time to get on this site.
Thank you all for your congratulations for my dad. I will let him know you all are cheering him on.
