Can S-Day be a Snow Day?

Post by Jammin' Jan » Wed Dec 14, 2005 7:25 pm

It's been snowing and blowing all day. We've cancelled our Wednesday night religion classes and choir practices and mission rosary makers group. Nothin' to do and no place to go tonight!

Does this merit a cup of hot cocoa? With tiny marshmallows?

:D

Probably won't do it, but I'm dreaming!

Well, the thing is, you live in Minnesota. So these days probably happen all the time, right? :D
Before criticizing someone, you should try walking a mile in their shoes. Then you'll be a mile away and you'll have their shoes.

My thoughts are that if the day starts with an "S" go for it! then again you have these anoying voices of reason that come up and wont be quiet.
Snow days should be S days in a perfect world, unfortunately, we are not there yet.
As some sisters tell me "Offer it up" yeah no fun there, but at least we can enjoy the snow.

Truth be known, I'm enjoying the peace and quiet tonight, so there's nothing to offer up.

No, no hot cocoa after all, but it was a fun thought anyway!
