Hi Everyone! I am going back on the NoSdiet because no diet could be any better than this one! I think of what Dr. Phil says to some of the people on his show: "How is that working for you?" Well, I thought about this after another attempt at counting points. It isn't working for me! This is day two for me so I am feeling somewhat hungry between meals. I've been drinking a little juice or milk if I get super hungry between meals. I think my family is happy that I am cooking normal, everyday food! This actually makes cooking fun for me.

I'm glad you posted this, because when I checked in here around 6:45 p.m.
I didn't realize the new Biggest Loser season was starting.
I immediately set my DVR to pick up the shows.
